If you have questions or need help along the wedding or event planning process, we are always here to assist you at anytime.

At Infinity Play Entertainment, part of your investment with us includes a pre-event consultation. We supply you with a form to complete with as many details as possible so that you can ensure your special day turns out the way you’ve envisioned it. Then, we’ll go over the timeline for the reception, important events, pronunciation of names, your song preferences, and much, much more. Our goal is transparency!

The week of the wedding/event, we’ll reach out with a final confirmation call, e-mail or Zoom meeting to make sure any loose ends are tied up. We often do this via e-mail or through other forms, so that we (and you!) have a “paper trail” to make sure we are all on the same page.
